July was the time for the Dirty Dash! Shannon is the adventure type and wanted to do something like this and see what it was like. The Oregon Dirty Dash was right outside Eugene but they do them all over the U.S. It was a tad over 3 miles and included various obstacles (climbing over hay bales, climbing over walls, crawling under tunnels through mud, ect.) Obvioulsy many of the obstacles included mud! It is family friendly and there is a smaller version of the Dirty Dash (only 1 mile), called the Piglet Plunge. Kaydin did that and he would have spent all day in the mud if we would let him.
This was Shannon's group, he is in there some where!!
I didn't take him too long to get to where Kaydin and I were waiting!
The slip and slide wasn't working right, so they had to bounce down it!
Shannon is all finished. Now it is time to wait for Kaydin's turn!
Here they are at the starting line for the piglet plunge!
As we were driving out of the parking area, Kaydin was asking when he gets to do it again!
