Oh boy, September was a busy month for all of us...... Kaydin started 3rd grade, I had two separate work trips and there were many other random things that kept us going full speed ahead. I sadly haven't taken many pictures this month either, but I figured I'd better grab a couple from my phone and do a blog entry before time ticks away from me!
My first work adventure was to San Diego. It was a three day/two night trip and was a good time. I met some really nice people. The next weekend was an overnighter to Cannon Beach. I had a beautiful view of Haystack Rock right outside my window. It was beautiful that weekend and was nice to have a few hours of alone time listening the relaxing ocean!
Now that fall is here, fishing and hunting come
right along with it. Shannon gets so excited, just like a kid in a
candy shop! He is loving that Kaydin is getting older and is able to
enjoy these hobbies with him. Here is a picture of Kaydin and a fish
he caught. This specific fish Kaydin hooked all on his own and Shannon
was so proud! Unfortunately Shannon isn't able to eat the fish (due
to a fish allergy) so we enjoy being able to make others happy by
giving them fresh salmon. It definitely isn't hard to find takers for
that!
