The last few weeks have been pretty busy. Kelson has met a couple of his friends, Lukas (who is 5 weeks younger) and Maci (who is 6 weeks younger)! We took a day trip to the beach. He also has really started smiling a lot and also cooing. I love when he smiles and talks to us. At his 8 week doctor appointment he weighed 12 pounds 13 ounces and he is 23 1/4 inches long. He is around the 80% range for both height and weight. He is a pretty laid back guy and is starting to sleep longer periods at night. I got one stretch that was a little over 6 hours the other day. Yesterday and today he hasn't been real happy because of the vaccinations he got on Monday. I hope he will be feeling better by tomorrow. I go back to work in a month and then we go to Las Vegas for Monster Jam World Finals (a special trip for Kaydin).
