Pumpkin Patch, Camping & Soccer

We made our 3rd annual pumpkin patch trip. The patch we go to is pretty small compared to some, but it was not crowded and it was fun. As you can see, it was a beautiful day that day!

He did that pose all on his own. I guess pumpkins make a good place to take a rest!


We went camping at the dunes for Shannon's 32nd birthday. It was a nice weekend and Kaydin had so much fun. He wanted to spend the whole time on the four wheeler!

This picture was the first night and he was hanging by the fire reading the newspapers that we brought to start fires. He was checking out what was on sale at the grocery store!

Kaydin's first ride in the sand on his own four wheeler. Shannon had a tether strap (attached to a rope) so he could pull on it and the engine would die. One problem though, Shannon dropped it and Kaydin took off straight for the beach. Luckily he got stuck trying to go up a small hill. The whole time he was taking off from us Kaydin was laughing so hard while Shannon was running after him. At the time it wasn't funny, but now that I think back at it, it is pretty funny!


Kaydin's last soccer game was on the 25th. Here is a picture of him with his cousin Cassidy. She plays in the U10 (under 10) league. Kaydin is in U6 (under 6).

Here is Cassidy (on the right) playing soccer. She actually goes after the ball, unlike her cousin Kaydin!
